WARRANTY INFORMATION
Our simple mission is to build the best possible products. We always seek to use the most advanced materials, technology and production methods. 100x Helmets warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If a 100x Helmets product fails due to defects in manufacturer craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to our facility and to return item to you. For example, if a weld breaks on the face mask, it would qualify as a manufacturer, craftsmanship or material replacement. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. THE WARRANTY PROCESS
– Before you return any product you must contact 100x Helmets by phone or e-mail to obtain a return authorization
– Arrange and pay for shipping to 100X Helmets.
– Ensure that the returned product is washed, clean and dry before shipping. Dirty and/or foul smelling garments/helmets will be returned unprocessed or may delay the process with an additional surcharge.
– Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number AND, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.
Alternatively, you may also return your product to the store from where you originally purchased the product.

NOTE: Damage due to use, wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under warranty. Even then, it may be repairable for a reasonable cost as listed below. Please contact our warranty department if you have any questions. Graphics are not covers by any warranty.

RETURN POLICY
-100X HELMETS return policy is as follows:
-Helmet refunds will only be accepted if the helmet does not fit the user.
-We will accept and refund helmets only if they have never been used.
-Helmet serial number must match order. Any signs of tampering will void any refund opportunity.
-Helmet must be post-marked within 7 days of receiving.
-Purchaser must contact 100X Helmets about a return before beginning the return process.
-Customer must receive and provide a return authorization number.
-Returns will not be honored if any of these steps or conditions is not followed.
